Hello Marc, I have an active offer on 151 Santa Fe for 250k, but haven't heard anything from you for weeks. I offerred this amount when the property was listed at 270K, and again when listed at 250k. Why doesn't the bank accept my offer? Can you explain to me what's going on? Thank you, Kenneth S. Hanley
